MARINA NAVES
Co-founder
Marina has 15 years of professional experience in Brazil and abroad. She initiated her career working in the IT sector for companies like Microsoft and IBM and later joined the pharmaceutical industry for 8 years. Her main skill is to manage multi-stakeholder projects involving public, private and third sectors. Before joining the environmental field, she specialized in advocacy in the health sector. She carried out several advocacy initiatives with private companies and NGOs and led a number of well succeeded awareness and market access campaigns in different therapeutic areas, such as vaccines, oncology, rare diseases, among others. Marina holds a degree in International Relations from UnB and a specialization in Brazilian Economics from Fundação Instituto de Pesquisas Econômicas (FIPE).
HENRIQUE BEZERRA
Co-founder
Henrique has almost 20 years of professional experience in the corporate sector in Brazil and abroad. His main skill is the intersection between market intelligence and public policy analysis in highly regulated sectors such as the electric power sector, infrastructure, financial market and information technology, as well as the development of stakeholder engagement strategies to promote sectoral agendas. Before starting Interface, he ran an international government relations and corporate communications consultancy in Brazil. Henrique holds a degree in International Relations from UnB and a master's degree in International Economics with research on Policies for Attracting International Investments in Latin American Energy Sectors from the University of Barcelona and FLACSO-Argentina.
